I always had the passion and desire to go to culinary school. At the time, I lived and worked in St. Augustine. FCTC was a very affordable choice and I could still work around my class schedule. The educational component and hands on learning provided opportunities to showcase my newly acquired skills and certification through the American Culinary Federation. My FCTC culinary education opened opportunities to advance as a Chef Educator through the St. Johns and Clay County School Districts’ career and technical education programs touching hundreds of young scholars. I teach my students just how I learned at FCTC.
