The Woman’s Exchange of St. Augustine is committed to their mission of “women helping women” by offering scholarships for deserving women who return to school to prepare for new careers. HVAC Alum Mindy Mcglasson was one of those deserving professionals. At her graduation, Mindy delivered the commencement address to her class. “Over the time I spent here at FCTC, I have transitioned from a stay at home mom with little support struggling to keep it all together to an individual with very obtainable goals, making lasting friendships, and securing a position that has me genuinely excited for Monday morning and every morning” said Mindy. Organizations such as the Woman’s Exchange assure FCTC’s students can attain success by “getting paid for something you love doing.”
