Shanace Isaac, Practical Nursing Class of 2021, wants the Burkhart Family Foundation to know how much she appreciates their support.

“I am currently enrolled in the Practical Nursing program. Being a college student during COVID has taught me to fight even harder against adversity to achieve my goals. I have also learned to be more flexible and to think quick on my feet. This ability is critical and a vital skill for both career and in life outside of the field.

Receiving the Burkhart Family Scholarship has helped me focus more on the fundamentals of my program instead of the financial requirement. I am very grateful to have been chosen as a recipient.”
