“My name is Michael Pius and I am a 2001 graduate of FCTC’s EMT-B program.  I started with Flagler County as a part-time EMT, then later moved into a full-time position. In 2003, I enrolled in FCTC’s Paramedic program and graduated in 2004. Since 2006, I have been a Fire Lieutenant for Flagler County Fire Rescue.

This summer, I was hired as an Instructor of FCTC’s EMT-B and Paramedic programs. I am excited to bring the experience and knowledge that I have gained over the years to the students of First Coast Technical College.”
